Data Retention

• Successful applications: retained as part of your VA record

• Withdrawn applications: deleted within 30 days

Applicant Confidentiality Agreement

By submitting this interest form and, if approved, accessing the SayWOW demonstration system, I agree to the following terms:

1. Confidential Information

I understand that during the application process I may receive access to confidential information belonging to Say Wow Ltd ("the Company"), including but not limited to:

• Business operations and processes
• Pay structures and remuneration details
• Employee benefits and policies
• Internal systems and procedures
• Training materials and standard operating procedures
• Business strategies and plans

2. Obligations

I agree to:

• Keep all confidential information strictly confidential
• Not disclose any information to third parties without written consent
• Not use any information for any purpose other than evaluating this opportunity
• Not copy, reproduce, or store confidential information except as necessary
• Return or destroy any confidential materials upon request

3. Duration

This agreement remains in effect:

• Throughout the application process
• For two (2) years following the conclusion of the application process
• If engaged, until superseded by the confidentiality terms in my contract

4. Exceptions

This agreement does not apply to information that:

• Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of mine
• Was already known to me prior to disclosure
• Is required to be disclosed by law

5. Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that breach of this agreement may result in:

• Immediate termination of my application
• Legal action to protect the Company's interests
• Claim for damages resulting from the breach

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. By checking the confidentiality agreement box and submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
